Admission to the Academy is by inquiry, conversation, and discernment — for both the family and the Academy.

Inquire
Submit a brief inquiry form. We will reach out personally to learn about your family and answer your questions.
Visit — A Founding Family Conversation
While the school facility is being prepared, prospective families are invited to meet with Academy leadership to learn more about the mission, curriculum, schedule, tuition, and founding culture.
Apply
Families complete an application that includes a brief parent statement sharing their hopes for their child's education and their interest in Catholic classical formation. Older students may be invited into a simple conversation so the Academy can better understand the student's background, interests, and readiness.
Discern
Because founding families help establish the culture of the Academy for years to come, this discernment conversation is an important part of the process. Families meet with the Headmistress and one or more Board members to consider whether STACA is the right fit for the child, the family, and the mission being built.
Applications for the inaugural Fall 2026 class are now open. The Academy gives priority to families who have visited with the founders and shared in a Founding Family Conversation.
